Title: Retail Sales Consultant

OVERALL PURPOSE

To attend to customer queries and inquiries so as to enhance customer satisfaction and growth

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in a business related field

Professional Registration:

  • Membership to Zambia Institute of Marketing

Minimum Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service preferably in telecoms/FMCG industry

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of processes, products and customer specifications
  • Understand the principles of effective customer services processes
  • Familiar with Zamtel products and services OR In-depth knowledge of Zamtel products and services
