Zimbabwe Revenue Authority Jobs: Administration Assistant


The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA), is the body responsible for collecting taxes and other revenues for the government of Zimbabwe. Applications are invited from suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following position that has arisen within the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA)

Job Title: Administration Assistant- Level 12

 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a register of the Authority’s assets
  • Maintain a register of security items in safe custody
  • Raise repairs and maintenance requisitions on station buildings and /or houses
  • Compile data on competitive rentals for rentals receivable for negotiations on the rent payable
  • Prepare accident and Board of inquiry reports on damages and losses to ZIMRA property
  • Monitor station stores
  • Ensure fleet maintenance and repairs
  • Reconcile fuel receipt and preparing request for payment
  • Supervise station Administration staff
  • Procurement of consumables for the station
  • Any other related duties as may be assigned by the Administration Officer/Station Manager

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/Business Studies/ Accounting/Professional stage CIPS/Part C CIS or equivalent
  • A degree in Purchasing, Logistics and Transport /Business Studies/ Accounting/ CIS or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage.
  • A relevant professional qualification is a distinct advantage
  • At least one (1) year working experience in an administration environment
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Clean Class 4 Driver’s licence.
